First Security Bank & Intrust contract for the non-uniform pension plan

First Security Bank & Intrust entered into a contract with the City to provide the administrative services for the Non-Uniform Pension 457 (b) Plan and was signed on January 4, 2012. The resolution number is RES-11:211 and was approved by Council on December 6, 2011.
First Security Bank & Intrust also entered into a contract with the City to provide services for the Non-Uniformed Pension 401 (b) Plan and was signed on January 4, 2012. The resolution number is RES-11:212 and was approved by Council on December 6, 2011.
The Non-Uniform Pension 457(b) Plan was extended to from January 1, 2014, from plan yeart to plan year until terminated or amended. The contract was signed on March 3, 2014.
The City amended its contracts concerning the non-uniformed pension plan to allow additional distribution options, changing the force out to $5,000 and to allow for an additional withdrawal once the distribution method has been started. The amendments were approved by Council via RES-15:122 and RES-15:123 on August 18, 2015. Both amendments were signed on August 26, 2015.
