RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE A CONTRACT WITH 1^st SECURITY BANK, INTRUST, N.A. AND NESTEGG CONSULTING INC. TO PROVIDE SERVICES FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO NON UNIFORMED EMPLOYEES 401 (a) DEFINED CONTRIBUTION PLAN AND 457 (b) RETIREMENT SAVINGS PLAN AND TRUST                     

Body

WHEREAS, The City of Jonesboro desires to obtain plan administrative services for it’s non-uniform employees 457 (b) Retirement Savings and 401 (a) Defined Contribution Plan; and

WHEREAS,  First Security Bank, Intrust Bank, N.A. and NestEgg Consulting, Inc. are in the business of providing these services.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro that:

1.                     The City of Jonesboro shall enter into a contract with 1^st Security Bank, Intrust, N.A. and NestEgg Consulting, Inc. to provide plan administrative services for the City of Jonesboro Non-Uniformed Employees 401 (a) Defined Contribution Plan and 457 (b) Retirement Savings Plan and Trust.

2.                     That Mayor Harold Perrin and City Clerk Donna Jackson are hereby authorized to execute such documents as are necessary to effectuate this agreement.
