BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS:

 

SECTION 1: CHAPTER 117, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS BE AMENDED AS RECOMMENDED BY THE METROPOLITAN AREA PLANNING COMMISSION BY THE CHANGES IN ZONING CLASSIFICATION AS FOLLOWS:

 

FROM:                     Residential R-1

TO:                     Commercial C-3 LUO

 

THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY:

 

LEGAL DESCRIPTION:

 

That part of the North Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 9, Township 13 North, Range 4 East, more particularly described as follows:  Beginning at the Northwest Corner of said N1/2 SW1/4, run thence SO°29’W 343.0 feet; run thence N77°43’11 “E 31.6 feet to a found pipe on the East right of way line of South Caraway Road for the true point of beginning; run thence N77°43’11 “E 248.4 feet (record) to a found pipe; run thence N86°59’28 “E 26.81 feet to a found rebar on the West right of way line of Highway 1 South (Stadium Boulevard); run thence S31°40’20 “W along right of way line 539.3 feet to the East right of way line of South Caraway Road; run thence N0°29’E 388.6 feet to the true point of beginning, containing 1.21 acres, more or less, SUBJECT TO all easements or rights of way of record.
