A RESOLUTION BY THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS TO ACCEPT THE PROPOSAL AND ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH BRACKETT KENNERICH & ASSOCIATES, P.A. TO PROVIDE ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES FOR THE TURF RENOVATIONS FOR JOE MACK CAMPBELL PARK

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro desires to accept the proposal and enter into an agreement to provide architectural services for the turf renovations for Joe Mack Campbell Park; and
WHEREAS, the Selection Committee has determined that Brackett Kennerich & Associates P.A. is the most qualified firm for the project; and
WHEREAS, the firm selected for the turf renovations for Joe Mack Campbell Park is Brackett Kennerich & Associates P.A.; and
WHEREAS, Brackett Kennerich & Associates P.A. has agreed to provide architectural services, as described in the attached agreement, for the turf renovations for Joe Mack Campbell Park; and
WHEREAS, the funding for the execution of the agreement shall come from the 2023 Capital Improvement budget and compensation shall be paid in accordance with the agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS;
Section 1. That the City of Jonesboro shall accept the proposal and enter into an agreement with Brackett Kennerich & Associates P.A. to provide architectural services for the turf renovations for Joe Mack Campbell Park.
Section 2. The funding for the execution of the agreement shall come from the 2023 Capital Improvement budget and compensation shall be paid in accordance with the agreement.
Section 3. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro to execute all documents necessary to effectuate the agreement.
