RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS, TO PLACE A MUNICIPAL LIEN ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 200 S. ALLIS, JONESBORO, AR, PARCEL 01-144181-40800, OWNED BY MICHAEL DARLING

LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lot 5, Block 1 of MATTHEWS ADD 50X140 to the City of Jonesboro, Craighead County.
WHEREAS, Michael Darling, the owner of record, was properly notified of a code violation at 200 S. Allis, Jonesboro, AR 72401, and refused to remove or correct the conditions identified by the code enforcement officer of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas; and,
WHEREAS, the code enforcement officer corrected the code violation using city funds in the amount of $175; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro seeks to perfect a lien against the affected property to cover the cost of the work pursuant to A.C.A 14-15-903.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS, THAT:
Section 1: The city should proceed with placing a lien on the property located at 200 S. Allis, Jonesboro, AR 72401.
