A RESOLUTION TO CONTRACT WITH STADIUM AUTO BODY FOR SPONSORSHIP OF TRAP/SKEET FIELD NUMBER 6 AT THE JONESBORO SHOOTING SPORTS COMPLEX

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro owns and maintains the Jonesboro Shooting Sports Complex located on Moore Road; and,
WHEREAS, Stadium Auto Body is seeking sponsorship recognition on a Trap/Skeet Field Number 6 at the Jonesboro Shooting Sports Complex; and,
WHEREAS, Stadium Auto Body is sponsoring the Trap/Skeet Field Number 6 for the sum of $7,500 a year for a period of 10 years.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1: That the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas shall contract with Stadium Auto Body for the sponsorship of a Trap/Skeet Field Number 6 at Jonesboro Shooting Sports Complex. A copy of said contract is attached as “Exhibit A.”
SECTION 2: The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro to execute all documents necessary to effectuate the agreement.
