A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF JONESBORO TO ENTER INTO A TWO YEAR LEASE CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF TWO AUTOMATED SANITATION TRUCKS

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas passed the 2020 Budget in Resolution RES-19:201, which included the lease obligations for two automated sanitation trucks; and

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas desires to enter into a two year lease contract with U.S. Bancorp for two Heil 28 yard DuraPack Python Automated Sanitation trucks from Rivercity Hydraulics, Inc.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS, THAT:

Section 1: The Mayor, Harold Perrin and City Clerk, Donna Jackson, are hereby authorized by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro to execute all documents necessary to effectuate the agreement.
