LEGAL DESCRIPTION: A part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 8, Township 14 North, Range 4 East, Craighead County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast Corner of the Northwest Quarter of Section 8 aforesaid; thence South 88 degrees 41’ West 701.3 feet; thence South 2 degrees 37’ 16” East 620.0 feet to the point of beginning proper; thence North 88 degrees 41’ East 122.59 feet thence South 4 degrees 11’ 46” East along the centerline of a ditch 131.09 feet; thence South 58 degrees 16’ 35” West along said centerline 173.0 feet; thence South 40 degrees 31’ West along the centerline of a ditch 121.55 feet; thence Northwesterly along a curve to the left with a radius of 50.0 feet a distance of 78.15 feet; thence North 36 degrees 22’ 44” East 100.0 feet; thence along a curve to the left with a radius of 236.72 feet a distance of 161.18 feet; thence North 2 degrees 37’ 16” West 10.0 feet to the point of beginning proper, containing 0.73 acres, more or less, and being subject to utility easements as shown on the Plat of Survey.
WHEREAS, MARTISULL LLC, the owner of record, was properly notified of a code violation at 1602 Tonya, Jonesboro, AR 72401, and refused to remove or correct the conditions identified by the code enforcement office of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas; and,
WHEREAS, the code enforcement office corrected the code violation using city funds in the amount of $615.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro seeks to perfect a lien against the affected property to cover the cost of the work pursuant to A.C.A 14-15-903; and,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS, THAT:
