RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS, TO PLACE A MUNICIPAL LIEN ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1328 WEST HUNTINGTON, PARCEL 01-144133-18100, JONESBORO, ARKANSAS 72401, OWNED BY DKI LLC C/O RICHARD KNIGHT

LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lot 9 in Block “C” of Oakhurst Addition to the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, as shown by Plat of record in Deed Record 36 page 175 at Jonesboro, Arkansas, and to easement as shown on recorded plat
WHEREAS, DKI LLC C/O RICHARD KNIGHT, the owner of record, was properly notified of a code violation at 1328 WEST HUNTINGTON, Jonesboro, AR 72401, and refused to remove or correct the conditions identified by the code enforcement office of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas; and,
WHEREAS, the code enforcement office corrected the code violation using city funds in the amount of $175.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro seeks to perfect a lien against the affected property to cover the cost of the work pursuant to A.C.A 14-15-903; and,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS, THAT:
1. The city should proceed with placing a lien on the property located at 1328 WEST HUNTINGTON, JONESBORO, AR 72401.
