RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS, TO PLACE A MUNICIPAL LIEN ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 5104 DARR HILL, PARCEL 01-133023-08700, JONESBORO, ARKANSAS 72404, OWNED BY CHARLES ALLEN

LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lot 1 in Block “F” of Benton’s Subdivision, Extended, of part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 2, Township 13 North, Range 3 East, North of Highway No. 39, as shown by plat in Deed Record 179, Page 16, Subject to Bill of Assurance in Deed Record 178, page 426, and to easements as shown on recorded plat.
WHEREAS, CHARLES ALLEN, the owner of record, was properly notified of a code violation at 5104 DARR HILL, Jonesboro, AR 72404, and refused to remove or correct the conditions identified by the code enforcement officer of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas; and,
WHEREAS, the code enforcement officer corrected the code violation using city funds in the amount of $190.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro seeks to perfect a lien against the affected property to cover the cost of the work pursuant to A.C.A 14-15-903.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS, THAT:
1. The city should proceed with placing a lien on the property located at 5104 DARR HILL, JONESBORO, AR 72404.
