A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF JONESBORO TO AMEND THE 2020 ANNUAL BUDGET FOR THE STREET DEPARTMENT TO PURCHASE A REMOTE CONTROL MOWER

WHEREAS, Resolution 19:201 adopted the 2020 Budget; and

WHEREAS, the Street Department needs to purchase a remote control mower; and

WHEREAS, the 2020 Street Department Budget will need to be increased in the amount of $48,575.00 for this purchase.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS, THAT:

SECTION 1: The sum of $48,575.00 will be added to the Street Department’s fixed asset line item, said sum shall come from the unappropriated funds in the General Fund.
