A RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS, TO AMEND THE CITY 2020 BUDGET TO ADD ONE ADDITIONAL CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER POSITION

WHEREAS, RES-19:201 adopted the 2020 budget for the City of Jonesboro; and,

WHEREAS, there is a need to add one additional Code Enforcement Officer in the Code Enforcement Department in addition to the four Code Enforcement Officers and one Director.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS, THAT:

SECTION 1: The City 2020 Budget for the Code Enforcement Department is amended to add one additional Code Enforcement Officer in the amount of $24,450.00 including salary and benefits for the remainder of 2020, transferred from the budget of the Land Bank.
