A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE A CONTRACT WITH CITY, WATER AND LIGHT OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS ("CWL") AND THE CITY OF JONESBORO ARKANSAS ("CITY")

Body

WHEREAS, The City of Jonesboro has contacted and has proposed to enter into a contract for hydrant maintenance with "CWL".

WHEREAS, the City is desirous of executing an agreement as attached, that provides for a mutual understanding of services provided by both parties, and

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:

Section 1: The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the contract, as attached.

Section 2: The City Council of the City of Jonesboro pledges its full support and hereby authorizes the Mayor of the City of Jonesboro to enter into the agreement with "CWL".
