A RESOLUTION TO THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO GRANT A PERMANENT EASEMENT TO ROBERT A. SHUMPERT AND SHELIA G. SHUMPERT

Body

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas desires to grant an easement and right of entry over and across the following described land situated in Craighead County, Arkansas:

The currently publicly-dedicated right-of-way for Bufford Street south of the south right-of-way of Campus Street in Jonesboro, Arkansas.

This easement is for the purpose of conveying a right of ingress and egress for the purposes aforesaid.                     

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:

Section 1:  The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas to grant the permanent easement described above to Robert A. Shumpert and Shelia G. Shumpert.
