AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING BY REFERENCE THE GUIDELINES FOR THE REQUIREMENT OF A TRAFFIC IMPACT ANALYSIS IN THE CITY OF JONESBORO

WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas desires to formalize the guidelines for requiring a traffic impact analysis for development of property in the City of Jonesboro; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to adopt these guidelines for the requirement of a traffic impact analysis.
WHEREAS, pursuant to ACA 14-55-207, public notice was given of the City’s intent to adopt said guidelines by reference, and advised that three (3) copies of the documents were on file and available for public review and examination in the Office of the City Clerk, and
WHEREAS, the MAPC, the Master Street Plan Committee, and the City Council have discussed these guidelines at numerous public meetings, and all comments, views, suggestions and recommendations have been considered and addressed.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE: The Guidelines for the Requirement of a Traffic Impact Analysis in the City of Jonesboro are hereby adopted by reference.
