AN ORDINANCE TO VACATE AND ABANDON PART OF AN ALLEY LOCATED IN:
EARL KIECH SECOND ADDITION (RECORDED IN PLAT DEED RECORD 110, PAGE 14). Being more particularly described as follows:
A fifteen-foot alley extending along the west edge of Lots 1 - 7 Block A, of Earl Kiech Second Addition all being part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of S27, T14N, R04E. The entire length of the alley is 350 feet, and lies within Jonesboro, Craighead County, Arkansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that:
SECTION ONE: The City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, hereby releases, vacates and abandons all of its rights, together with the rights of the public generally, in and to the portion of this alley designated as follows:
A fifteen-foot alley extending along the west edge of Lots 1 - 7 Block A, of Earl Kiech Second Addition all being part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of S27, T14N, R04E. The entire length of the alley is 350 feet, and lies within Jonesboro, Craighead County, Arkansas.
SECTION TWO: A copy of the ordinance duly certified by the City Clerk shall be filed in the office of the Recorder of Craighead County, Arkansas and shall be filed in the Deed Records of such office.
