AN ORDINANCE FOR THE TRANSFER OF LOCATION OF PRIVATE CLUB PERMIT FOR THE PARSONAGE

WHEREAS, The Parsonage, has a private club permit with its location being 322 S. Main, Jonesboro, Arkansas 72401;
WHEREAS, The Parsonage, desires to transfer its business location to 305 S. Main, Jonesboro,Arkansas; and
WHEREAS, all applicable laws, rules, and regulations have been complied with in presenting this Ordinance to the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that:
The Parsonage's application for transfer of location of private club permit is approved and The Parsonage, shall be and is entitled to relocate its business as a private club to 305 S. Main , Jonesboro, Arkansas 72401.
