Point of beginning: The southwest corner of Lot 12 of the Gregg and Houghton’s Subdivison of block 13 of the Nisbett’s Second Addition of the City of Jonesboro,Arkansas as recorded in Deed Record 23, Page 434, the office of the Circuit Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorder; thence easternly direction to the southeast corner of Lot 8 of the Gregg and Houghton’s Subdivison of block 13 of the Nisbett’s Second Addition, thence south 10 feet to the northeast corner of Lot 6, of the Gregg and Houghton’s Subdivison of block 13 of the Nisbett’s Second Addition, thence westernly direction to the northwest corner of Lot 7 of the Gregg and Houghton’s Subdivison of block 13 of the Nisbett’s Second Addition , thence north 10 feet to point beginning of the southwest corner of Lot 12 of the Gregg and Houghton’s Subdivison of block 13 of the Nisbett’s Second Addition of the City of Jonesboro,Arkansas.
