RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS TO CONDEMN PROPERTY LOCATED AT: 1809 Magnolia, Parcel# 01-144054-01200, Legal Description: Part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter and part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter all in Section 5, Township 14 North, Range 4 East, described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 5, run thence North 88 degrees 55 feet East 12 feet, run thence South 00 degrees 34 feet West 260 feet, run thence South 88 degrees 55 feet West 12 feet, run thence South 00 degrees 34 feet West 35.1 feet, run thence North 38 degrees 04 feet West along a ditch, 207.6 feet, run thence North 17 degrees 20 feet West along said ditch, 134.5 feet, run thence North 88 degrees 55 feet East 171.0 feet to the true point of beginning, containing 0.76 acres, more or less. Subject to a 30 foot easement along the North side of Magnolia Road. Also subject to any other easements that may affect said lands. OWNER: Greg and Danni Upperman
WHEREAS, the above property has been inspected and has been determined unsuited for human habitation.
WHEREAS, all of the stipulations have been met in the condemnation process to proceed with the condemnation of this property.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT: The city should proceed with the condemnation of the property located at: 1809 Magnolia Road
