WHEREAS, Northeast Border, LLC, being private owners, have filed a petition with the City Clerk of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, requesting that the City abandon and vacate the utility easements described below:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION - EASEMENT ABANDONMENT:
A part of Lot 2, Red Wolf corner Replat of Lots 1 - 10, Block 'B' of Fairview Acres, Jonesboro, Craighead County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows:
