A RESOLUTION SCHEDULING A HEARING ON THE APPROVAL OF THE FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT FOR TWIN OAKS PHASE 2, JONESBORO, ARKANSAS

WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission (“MAPC”) denied the approval of CKF, LLC/Chris Futrell’s (“CKF”) Final Subdivision Plat for Twin Oaks Phase 2, Jonesboro, Arkansas on July 10, 2018; and
WHEREAS, CKF filed a timely Notice of Appeal of the MAPC’s decision denying the Final Subdivision Plat for Twin Oaks Phase 2, Jonesboro, Arkansas; and
WHEREAS, the appeal of the MAPC decision needs to be set for a hearing before the City Council of Jonesboro, Arkansas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:
1. The appeal of the decision of the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission on CKF's Final Subdivision Plat for Twin Oaks Phase 2, Jonesboro, Arkansas will be heard before the City Council on the ____ day of ______________, 2018 at _____ p.m. at the Municipal Center, 300 S. Church Street, Jonesboro, Arkansas.
