A RESOLUTION TO CONTRACT WITH FIRST NATIONAL BANK FOR SPONSORSHIP OF PAVILION NUMBER 1 AT JOE MACK CAMPBELL SPORTS COMPLEX

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro owns and maintains Joe Mack Campbell Sports Complex at 3021 Dan Avenue; and
WHEREAS, First National Bank is seeking sponsorship recognition at Pavilion Number 1 at Joe Mack Campbell Sports Complex; and
WHEREAS, First National Bank is sponsoring the pavilion for the sum of $12,500 per sign for a period of 5-years; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1: That the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas shall contract with First National Bank for the sponsorship of Pavilion Number 1 at Joe Mack Campbell Sports Complex. A copy of said contract is attached as Exhibit A.
SECTION 2: The Mayor, Harold Perrin and City Clerk, Donna Jackson are hereby authorized by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro to execute all documents necessary to effectuate the agreement.
