RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS TO AMEND RES-18:044 ESTABLISHING THE LAND BANK COMMISSIONERS

Body

WHEREAS, appointments were made and approved to the Land Bank Commission on RES-18:044 with Four (4) At-Large commissioners to represent different wards; and

WHEREAS, Ward One has two representatives, Chad Oldham will be replaced with Becky Durham who resides in Ward Three (3); and

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS, that the following appointment be conformed:

Section 1. That RES-18:044 is hereby amended to replace Chad Oldham (Ward 1) with Becky Durham (Ward 3).

Section 2:  That the recommended appointment listed above be hereby confirmed to serve on the City of Jonesboro Land Bank Commission.
