A RESOLUTION TO THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS TO ACCEPT THE LOW BID AND ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH AWT CONSTRUCTORS, LLC FOR THE CEMETERY MAINTENANCE BUILDING (2017:25)

WHEREAS, , the City of Jonesboro has desires to accept the low bid and enter into an agreement for the Cemetery Maintenance Building;
WHEREAS, the low bidder and the firm selected for these improvements is AWT Constructors, LLC;
WHEREAS, funding for the execution of the purchase order shall come from the Perpetual Care Fixed Assets budget and compensation shall be paid in accordance with the bid documents.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:
Section 1: That the City of Jonesboro shall accept the low bid and enter into an agreement with AWT Constructors, LLC for the Cemetery Maintenance Building.
Section 2. That funding for the execution of the purchase order shall come from the Perpetual Care Fixed Assets budget and compensation shall be paid in accordance with the bid documents.
Section 3. The Mayor is authorized by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro to execute all documents necessary to effectuate this agreement.
