A RESOLUTION TO THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS TO INCREASE PURCHASE ORDER NUMBER 45476 TO KINDER BROTHER EXCAVATING, INC. FOR THE DITCH RECHANNELING PROJECT- JOB NO. 2016:28

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro has desires to increase purchase order number 45476 for the Ditch Rechanneling project in the amount of $140,790.00 to rechannel/modify additional drainage channels;
WHEREAS, the contractor for the project is Kinder Brothers Excavating, Inc.
WHEREAS, funding for the execution of the increase in purchase order number 45476 shall come from the Capital Improvement budget and compensation shall be paid in accordance with the bid documents.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:
Section 1: That the City of Jonesboro shall increase purchase order number 45476 to Kinder Brothers Excavating, Inc. for the Ditch Rechanneling proejct.
Section 2. That funding for the execution of the increase in purchase order number 45476 shall come from the Capital Improvement budget and compensation shall be paid in accordance with the bid documents.
Section 3. The Mayor is authorized by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro to execute all documents necessary to increase the Purchase Order number 45476.
