AN ORDINANCE FOR THE CREATION OF A REGULATED FEE SCHEDULE FOR THE INSPECTIONS DEPARTMENT, AND FOR THE AMENDMENT OF THE JONESBORO CODE OF ORDINANCES, CHAPTER 42, ENTITLED LICENSES, PERMITS, AND MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS REGULATIONS - INSPECTIONS DEPARTMENT

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro Revenue Enhancement Committee conducted a review of all city fees and licenses determining the necessity for standardization of current and existing fees; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee approved this legislation of June 13, 2017 at their regularly scheduled committee meeting; and
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas that:
SECTION 1: The Inspections Department Regulated Fee Schedule is hereby adopted and approved.
SECTION 2: All fees shall be reviewed and adopted by resolution by the Jonesboro City Council.
SECTION 3: Existing ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: All fees are non-refundable.
