AN ORDINANCE FOR THE CREATION OF A REGULATED FEE SCHEDULE FOR THE STREET DEPARTMENT, AND FOR THE AMENDMENT OF THE JONESBORO CODE OF ORDINANCES, CHAPTER 42, LICENSES, PERMITS, AND MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS REGULATIONS - STREET DEPARTMENT.

WHEREAS, The City of Jonesboro Revenue Enhancement Committee conducted a review of all city fees and licenses determining the necessity for standardization of current and existing fees; And

 

WHEREAS, the Finance Committee approved this legislation of June 13, 2017 at their regularly scheduled committee meeting.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas that:

 

Section 1. The Street Department Regulated Fee Schedule is hereby adopted and approved.

 

Section 2.  All fees shall be reviewed and adopted by resolution by the Jonesboro City Council.

 

Section 3.  Existing ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict are hereby repealed.

 

Section 4.  All fees are non-refundable.
