BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:

SECTION I: Chapter 117, known as the zoning ordinance of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, be amended as recommended by the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission by the changes in zoning classifications as follows:

From Industrial District, I-1,
To Commercial District, C-3 L.U.O.,
THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY:

A PART OF WATER MAGIC REPLAT TO THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS AS SHOWN BY PLAT IN PLAT CABINET "C" AT PAGE 90 IN THE OFFICE OF CIRCUIT CLERK AND EX-OFFICIO RECORDER, CRAIGHEAD COUNTY, ARKANSAS AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:

Beginning at the Northeast corner of aforesaid Water Magic replat; thence South 00°39'26" West 92.80 feet to the current Arkansas Highway right of way Job No. 100417; thence South 88°28'27" West 147.10 feet along said right of way; thence North 83°16'21" West 34.38 feet along said right of way; thence North 51°30'33" West 71.91 feet along said right of way; thence North 01°41'22" East 10.08 feet along said right of way; thence North 05°26'19" West 73.66 feet along said right of way to the South right of way line of Railroad Spur; thence South 88°33'31" East 8.82 feet along railroad spur, thence South 88°55'55" East 49.31 feet along said railroad spur; thence South 82°59'07" East 49.31 feel along said railroad spur; thence South 80°57'49" East 49.62 feet along said railroad spur; thence South 78°27'08" East 49.52 feet along said railroad spur; thence South 75°22'25" East 42.01 along said railroad spur to the point of beginning proper, having an area of 26897.15 square feet, 0.617 acres more or less and being subject to all public and private roads and easements.
