Continental Utility Solutions, Inc. (CUSI) lease for space at the Mercantile Building

Continental Utility Solutions, Inc. lease was transfered over to the City for space in the Mercantile Building when the City bought the Mercantile Building. The lease is from September 1, 2011, to August 31, 2017. The amount of the lease is in the lease agreement.
The lease was amended for the first time to include additonal space and renovations to the additional space. The additional space and renovations fees are in the lease amendment. The resolution number is ORD-13:006 and was approved by Council on February 19, 2013.
The city further amended the lease on September 5, 2017, with RES-17:141. The new lease was signed by the Mayor on September 11, 2017, with details listed in the attached agreement.
