I need to know the following so I may prepare the ordinance waiving bidding and authorizing the purchase of the laptops, carrying case, wireless cards and printers.

 

Alan what companies did you purchase the laptops and carrying cases from, and what company you will purchase the printers from.  I also need to know how much and where you plan to take this money from in the City’s budget.  I assume it is the General Fund, but needed to know for the ordinance.  

 

Also, William stated the existing wireless card contract is with Alltel for $60.00 per card.  Is that correct?  I want to get this on the Finance agenda for this Thursday so I need a response a soon as possible.
