AN ORDINANCE FOR A PRIVATE CLUB PERMIT FOR ZRW Properties, Inc.

WHEREAS ZRW Properties, Inc., DBA 21 Grill of Jonesboro has applied for a private club permit to be located at 2117 Parker Road, Jonesboro, AR 72404: and

WHEREAS ZRW Properties, Inc., desires to receive approval for a private club to be located at 2117 Parker Road, Jonesboro, AR 72404: and

WHEREAS all applicable laws, rules and regulations have been complied with in presenting this Ordinance to the City Council.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that:

ZRW Properties, Inc., DBA 21 Grill of Jonesboro’s application for a private club permit is approved and ZRW Properties shall be and is entitled to apply to the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division of Arkansas for a private club license to be located at 2117 Parker Road, Jonesboro, AR 72404.
