WHEREAS, TIMOTHY A HUSKEY, the owner of record, was properly notified of a code violation at 1314 Turner, Jonesboro, AR 72401, and refused to remove or correct the conditions identified by the code enforcement officer of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas; and,

WHEREAS, the code enforcement officer corrected the code violation using city funds in the amount of $175; and,
