A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE TITLE VI PROGRAM SUBMITTED FOR THE JET SYSTEM

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas operates the Jonesboro Economical Transportation System (JET) public transit service; and

WHEREAS, as a funding requirement, JET must submit a Title VI Program, approved by the City Council.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS, THAT:

Section 1: That the 2022 Title VI Program for the JET system has been reviewed and is hereby approved for submission.

Section 2: The Mayor, Harold Copenhaver and City Clerk, April Leggett, are hereby authorized by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro to execute all documents necessary to effectuate the agreement.
