AN ORDINANCE FOR THE TRANSFER OF LOCATION OF A PRIVATE CLUB PERMIT FOR FRATERNAL ORDER OF EAGLES #3354

WHEREAS, Fraternal Order of Eagles holds a private club permit with its location 2912 Gilmore Drive, Jonesboro, Arkansas; and
WHEREAS, Fraternal Order of Eagles #3354 desires to transfer its business location to 1700 South Caraway Road, Jonesboro, Arkansas; and
WHEREAS, all applicable laws, rules and regulations have been complied with in presenting this ordinance to the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that;
Fraternal Order of Eagles #3354, application for transfer of location of private club permit is approved, and Fraternal Order of Eagles #3354 shall be and is entitled to relocate its business as a private club to 1700 South Caraway, Jonesboro, Arkansas 72401.
