A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE CONTENTS OF THE POLICY MANUAL OF THE JONESBORO POLICE DEPARTMENT

Whereas, it is the desire of the Jonesboro Police Department to update the Policy Manual of the Jonesboro Police Department; and

Whereas, this departmental policy is subject to all guidelines currently outlined in the City of Jonesboro Employee Handbook.

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro:

SECTION 1: The provisions of this article shall apply equally to all employees of the Jonesboro Police Department.

SECTION 2: The Policy Manual of the Jonesboro Police Department is hereby approved and adopted in its entirety.

SECTION 3: Any and all additions, amendments, deletions, and subtractions to or from "The Policy Manual of the Jonesboro Police Department" that are proposed following the passage of this resolution must be submitted to the City Council for approval and adoption by resolution.

SECTION 4: All Resolutions and parts of Resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
