A RESOLUTION TO CONTRACT WITH AXIOATHLETIC A SPONSORSHIP OF FIVE OUTFIELD SIGNS AT SOUTHSIDE SOFTBALL COMPLEX

WHEREAS, The City of Jonesboro owns and maintains Southside Side Softball Complex located at 5003 South Stadium.

WHEREAS, Axioathletic is seeking sponsorship recognition on five outfield signs at Southside Softball Complex; and

WHEREAS, Axioathletic is sponsoring each of the five signs for the sum of $300.00 per sign for a period of three years;

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS

SECTION 1:  That the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas shall contract with Axioathletic for the sponsorship of five outfield signs at Southside Softball Complex.  A copy of said contract is attached as Exhibit A.

SECTION 2: The Mayor, Harold Copenhaver and City Clerk, April Leggett are hereby authorized by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro to execute all document necessary to effectuate the agreement.
