AN ORDINANCE FOR A PRIVATE CLUB PERMIT FOR SUPPORTING ADVANCEMENT, INC. D/B/A LOST PIZZA CO. AT HILLTOP TO BE LOCATED AT 3410 E. JOHNSON AVENUE

WHEREAS, Supporting Advancement, Inc. d/b/a Lost Pizza Co. at Hilltop has applied for a private club permit to be located at 3410 E. Johnson Avenue, Jonesboro, Arkansas for the purpose of conducting operations on such premises consistent with Arkansas law including, but not limited to, operating a restaurant; and
WHEREAS, Supporting Advancement, Inc. d/b/a Lost Pizza Co. at Hilltop desires to receive approval from the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas for the same; and
WHEREAS, all applicable laws, rules and regulations have been complied with in presenting this Ordinance to the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that:
Supporting Advancement, Inc. d/b/a Lost Pizza Co. at Hilltop’s application for a private club permit is hereby approved and it shall be and is entitled to apply to the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division of Arkansas for a private club permit or license, to be located at 3410 E. Johnson Avenue, Jonesboro, Arkansas, and to conduct operations on such premises consistent with Arkansas law including, but not limited to, operating a restaurant.
