A RESOLUTION TO THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO ACCEPT A PERMANENT DRAINAGE EASEMENT FROM BRASHER INVESTMENTS, LLLP FOR THE PURPOSE OF MAKING DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas desires to accept the following described easement for the purpose of making drainage improvements:
A part of Lot 1 of the RGB Minor Plat, Jonesboro, AR, being more particularly described as follows:
A drainage easement fifteen feet (15’) in width, being centered (seven and one half feet - 7.5’ - either side) on the following described lines; From the Southeast corner of Lot 1 of the Plaza Tire Minor Plat, thence run S 59°03’09” W, a distance of 25.19 feet to a point, said point being the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence S 73°03’41” E, a distance of 82.28 feet to a point; thence S 33°11’18” E, a distance of 158.45 to a point, said point being the POINT OF TERMINATION.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas to accept the easement described above.
