2. A FINAL SITE PLAN SUBJECT TO ALL ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS SHALL BE SUBMITTED, REVIEWED, AND APPROVED BY THE MAPC, PRIOR TO ANY REDEVELOPMENT OF THE PROPERTY.
3. ANY CHANGE OF USE SHALL BE SUBJECT TO MAPC APPROVAL IN THE FUTURE.
