RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS, TO PLACE A MUNICIPAL LIEN ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 617 W. HUNTINGTON, PARCEL 01-144183-20300, JONESBORO, ARKANSAS 72401, OWNED BY HALAL GLOBAL ENTERPRISE LLC

LEGAL DESCRIPTION: All of Lot 2, Block 5 of Flint’s Addition to the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, as shown by plat of record.
WHEREAS, HALAL Global Enterprise LLC, the owner of record, was properly notified of a code violation at 617 W. Huntington, Jonesboro, AR 72401, and refused to remove or correct the conditions identified by the code enforcement officer of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas; and,
WHEREAS, the code enforcement office corrected the code violation using city funds in the amount of $175.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro seeks to perfect a lien against the affected property to cover the cost of the work pursuant to A.C.A 14-15-903.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS, THAT:
Section 1. The city should proceed with placing a lien on the property located at 617 W. Huntington, Jonesboro, AR 72401
