RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS, TO PLACE A MUNICIPAL LIEN ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 527 KREWSON, PARCEL 01-144183-35100, JONESBORO, ARKANSAS, OWNED BY ALESHA BRADLEY

LEGAL DESCRIPTION: THE WEST 10 FEET OF LOT 12, ALL OF LOT 13 AND THE EAST 10 FEET OF LOT 14, BLOCK 2 OF KREWSON ADDITION TO THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS AS SHOWN BY A PLAT OF RECORD, APPROXIMATELY 0.19 ACRES.
WHEREAS, Alesha Bradley, the owner of record, was properly notified of a code violation at 527 Krewson, Jonesboro, AR 72401, and refused to remove or correct the conditions identified by the code enforcement officer of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas; and,
WHEREAS, the code enforcement officer corrected the code violation using city funds in the amount of $175.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro seeks to perfect a lien against the affected property to cover the cost of the work pursuant to A.C.A 14-15-903; and,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS, THAT:
1. The city should proceed with placing a lien on the property located at 527 Krewson, Jonesboro, AR 72401.
