LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lot 6 of the Revised Replat of Block “C” of Scenic Hill subdivision, Third Addition, Jonesboro, Arkansas, as shown by Plat of recorded in Plat Cabinet “A” page 114, subject to Bill of Assurance and Dedication and Restrictions recorded in Deed Record 284 Page 774, and First Amendment thereto in Deed Record 300 page 917 at Jonesboro, Arkansas, and to easement as shown on recorded plat.
WHEREAS, Gary Smith, the owner of record, was properly notified of a code violation at 1301 Santa Fe Circle, Jonesboro, AR 72401, and refused to remove or correct the conditions identified by the code enforcement officer of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas; and,
WHEREAS, the code enforcement officer corrected the code violation using city funds in the amount of $160.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro seeks to perfect a lien against the affected property to cover the cost of the work pursuant to A.C.A 14-15-903.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS, THAT:
1. The city should proceed with placing a lien on the property located at 1301 Santa Fe Circle, Jonesboro, AR 72401.
