Horizon Land Surveying on behalf of Corey and Kenisha Ross is requesting a variance for address 406 W. Allen to allow the front setback to be reduced to 12.5 ft. instead of the standard 20 ft. that is required by code to build a new house that is on a corner lot of Allen Street and 4th Street.
