A RESOLUTION TO THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS TO APPROVE A SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT FOR THE CROWLEY'S RIDGE PARKWAY: JONESBORO MULTI-USE TRAIL (JOB NO. 100728)

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro entered into an agreement for the Crowley's Ridge Parkway: Jonesboro Multi-Use Trail with Lakeside Contractors, LLC per RES-13:204;
WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro desires to amend the agreement with the supplemental agreement, as attached, to ensure the longevity, aesthetics, and uniformity of all sidewalks included in the project;
WHEREAS, funding for the execution of the supplemental agreement shall come from the Capital Improvements budget and compensation shall be paid in accordance with the agreement.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:
Section 1: That the City of Jonesboro hereby accepts the supplemental agreement, as attached, from Lakeside Contractors, LLC;
Section 2: That funding for the execution of the supplemental agreement shall come from the Capital Improvements budget and compensation shall be paid in accordance with the agreement.
Section 3: The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro to execute all documents necessary to effectuate this supplemental agreement.
