RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH A FEE FOR FILING A PETITION FOR VARIANCE FROM THE PROVISIONS OF THE CITY ZONING LAWS

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:

That on recommendation of the City Planning Commission there be and hereby is established a fee of $2.00 to be charged each person, firm or corporation filing a petition for variance from the provisions of the City Zoning Laws, and that said fee be paid to the City Collector on statement issued by the City Inspector. The purpose of said fee is to be the reimbursement for charges incurred as a result of advertising such petitions for variance.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20^th day of January, 1964.
