BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:

SECTION 1. The permanent drainage easement is listed above and hereby accepted by the City of Jonesboro as a dedicated easement.

SECTION 2. The originals of the dedicated drainage easement are on file and available for public review and examination in the Office of the City Clerk.
