AN ORDINANCE EXTENDING TIME FOR PAYMENT OF ASSESSMENTS FOR CASEY SPRINGS ROAD IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 3

WHEREAS, an ordinance assessing benefits was passed and adopted on May 5, 1991, assessing benefits for Casey Springs Road Improvement District No. 3; and
WHEREAS, the Commissioners have determined that such benefits should be payable over a period of ten (10) years.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas
SECTION 1: That the assessments including interest and expenses as previously assessed shall remain the same.
SECTION 2: That the assessments shall be paid over a period of ten (10) years with any reassessment required by law to be made that period of time.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall take force and be in effect immediately from and after its passage.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of March, 1992.
