LEGAL DESCRIPTION: COOPER ADD(PT W1/2 SW NE 25-14-3 PT LOTS 5 & 6
WHEREAS, SEATS WILDA, the owner of record, was properly notified of a code violation at 910 MARCOM DR, and refused to remove or correct the conditions identified by the code enforcement officer of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas; and,
WHEREAS, the code enforcement officer corrected the code violation on 06/15/2026 using city funds in the amount of $315; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro seeks to perfect a lien against the affected property to cover the cost of the work pursuant to A.C.A 14-54-903.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS, THAT:
Section 1: The city should proceed with placing a lien on the property located at 910 MARCOM DR
