ORDINANCE SETTING GUIDELINES FOR COMMUNITY CENTER

The Commission shall improve, set to upkeep, repair, establish and supervise and fix and collect charges and fees for use of the property, employ persons and pay any available funds for such purposes and in general operate and manage for the public welfare all property under its control.
