BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of Jonesboro, Arkansas:
SECTION 1: Ordinance No. 954 known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Be Amended as Recommended by the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission by the Changes in Zoning Classification As Follows:
From Commercial C-3 to Industrial I-1 the following described property; same said property being part of a closed Municipal Landfill:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
A part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 22. T14N - R3E to Craighead County, Arkansas being more particularly described as follows:
Begin at the Southeast Corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 22. T14N - R3E to Craighead County, Arkansas; thence South 88º10'21" West - 255.73 feet to the point of beginning proper; thence South 88º 10' 21" West - 125.20 feet; thence North 01º41'45" West - 100.05 Feet; thence South 88º 08' 54" West - 100.79 feet to the East Right of Way Line of Tall Birch Drive; thence North 09º43'00" East along said Right of Way 150.00 Feet; Thence North 88º08'54" East - 196.31 feet; Thence South 01º41'45" East 247.06 Feet to the point of beginning proper, containing 1.00 acre more or less, subject to all rights of way and easements of record.
SECTION 2: A copy of the Ordinance certified by the City Clerk shall be filed in the office of the recorder of Craighead County, Arkansas and shall be filed in the deed records of such office.
